Instant messaging works but video/audio does not work. I have no such
problem with MSN Messenger or Yahoo Messenger. I tried two different
hardwares with WXP Pro but the same results. What could be cause of the
problem?

Thanks for your response. The link reference appears to be for pre SP2
version of WXP so that I am unable to follow what is suggested in the
reference. Anyway a check mark is placed for Remote Assistance in the
exception list on WXP firewall at my PC and my friend's. Please note
that my problem is only with Windows Messenger: I have no prblem using
all features of MSN Messenger. Any further suggestion would be appreciated.
