Does anyone know if it is possible to load the XBOX OS on a PC?

Having a friendly discussion at work about the possibilities of loading two separate OS on a PC (XBOX OS and XP) selectable on boot-up. The idea is to somehow incorporate the advantages of the XBOX OS and XP Media Center in to one "thing" for a home entertainment system. Unfortunately my knowledge in this area drys up pretty quickly.

I realize that it's fairly easy to have a separate media PC and XBOX console work together but I enjoy the mental masturbation of trying to get this to work.
