I was just looking at the phone selection on Verizon's website zip code
67201.
For all the phones they list in the features: National Access
There is no mention of what plan you are on.
When I clicked the name the following comes up:
NationalAccess

NationalAccess is Verizon Wireless' national wireless Internet service,
which enables users to access the Internet, email, attachments, and business
applications with a laptop at average speeds of 40-60 kbps and bursts up to
144 kbps. You may experience slower data speeds. Choose a Mobile Office Kit
for your NationalAccess data-capable phone. Or choose a Type II modem card
and increase your mobility when using a PDA or laptop.

They include NationalAccess automatically on all of the America's Choice
plans. I am not sure about the others.
