Problem game halo

first, good new year for everyone.
Now, i have a problem in the game halo. I can't enter in the game, when i execute de file halo.exe, appers the follow error: the Direct 3D as a problem, please run Dxdialog an try to activate Direct 3D.

I go and run Dx dialog, and the direct 3d is activate, i put the game in another pc, and the game works. I think that is because i have a grafic card of 256 mb, ati X700, and my friend have a ati 9200.
people can you help me to resolve this problem.

When i was using my old 9600 i couldnt run halo either, soon to find out that the card didnt support. Try Re-installing it and if that doesnt work look for driver updates for your card. If that doesnt work try another card in your system to make sure its not something else. If another card works then its your graphics card.
