how to stream video to contacts on msn messenger

i am in real need of help here

How is it possiable to play video (an avi or mpeg file)
through the webcam area of msn messenger? Ie so having a
conversation with the video playing as a webcam would.
What is the cheap way of doing it if there is,i no need of
a webcam capture card.
