help if possible

I am using a cooltec 4000 and two dishes for dishnet. 110 and 119 and sw21 switch in the house 2 cables in 1 too the receiver but its having a problem once I go to 110 sat. it has trouble switching back to 119 my settings are
LNB power on
LNB type single
LNB freq. 11.200
diseQc switch off
Legacy SW SW21 dish 2

119 is the same except SW21 is on dish 1
But I notice on 119 in dish settings the quality and level is red but on 110 its green but when i switch lnb power to 18 the 119 turns red but I lose some channels never have a problem with 110 just switching back to 119
if I go to dish 119 change channels up and d0wn it comes in cant figure this out anu ideas anyone. I tried a diseqc switch and it wont work at all
