I don't believe there is a policy for this, so no.
I'm curious though by why you would want such a policy? I understand completely disabling
it, but restricting by size..?

I'm implementing LCS2005 globally and would like to restrict the file
transfer size due to the available bandwidth.
I'm supprised there isn't a registry setting to control this....
