hard crash of MoBo or Power supply?

my p3 850 just crashed big time on me. I was browsing the internet as usual and it just shut down... fast. I went to reboot and nothing.... I hear the fan on the power supply come on but i get no indicator lights and no POST beeps, it is completly dead...... Where do i go from here...

This system is not new, its about 1 year old. I havent added or changed anything.

I would suspect either the power supply or mobo. Changing the power supply would be easier and cheaper. The best deal I found was a codegen 350 watt at 800pc.com for about $30 shipped. It's P4 ready and amd approved.
