Video problem with soyo board

Hey thanks for reading. Here is my problem. When ever I restart my computer I have to hold down the insert key to get the monitor to come on. When I hold the key down the board beeps twice and then my monitor turns on from idle mode. I checked the BIOS and I have the initial video option set to AGP. This happened with a Geforce 2 mx 400 and with my new Geforce 3 ti 200. I also have tried both 2X/4x Anyone seen this before. Thanks

Well I figured it out so I figured I would post what the resolution was for any future posters to find. Once I reset the cmos by shorting it out for about 10 seconds it started posting correctly. Not sure why cause I had not made any changes to the cmos except for date and time. Oh well it worked.
