When installed the Soyo Dragon Plus sound card and I only get sound from my two left speakers. How do I get sound for all four speakers?

Thanks in advance.

my guess is its software related.

I'm not sure if all channels are enabled. How do I know if they are enabled? I have 2 wires going from the subwoofer into the sound card in the back of my PC. I believed that I have 2 3.5mm on the sound card itself and they are plugged for protection, I guess.

Have your set your speaker configuration in the control center? There is an option there for 2, 4, or 5.1 speakers. Go to the Volume control panel and click on advanced, then click on the speakers tab at the top, you should be able to change speaker config there.

I tried that also. When I select 4 speakers, no sound coming out then I go back to 5.1 I get sound. Do I need to hook up a sound wire from the sound card to the motherboard?
