how to add a windows 7 ULTimate 64bits machine and vista machine to a windows server 2003 hosting hp laserjet 4200 printer

Explain a bit more here, are you trying to install a shared printer on those 2 systems or are you trying to configure virtual machines on the server?

You can use the Universal Print driver on the 4200 and it will work with Win 7 and Vista if you are having issues with printing.
