I've searched in the website of Mythic and Camelot herald but I've not found
the monthly fees for the game.
I've found in the european site but not in the american one.
Can someone tell me the fees in the USA ??

Three months: $35.85 ($11.95 per month)
Six months: $65.70 ($10.95 per month)
