Bios upgrade for ATC 6240V Mainboard

Hi: I have been having no luck trying to upgrade my BIOS and I would really appreciate some help.

I have a A-Trend Mainboard
the manual says ATC 6240V, VIA Apollo Pro+/Apollo 133, ATX, Slot 1

BIOS ID line at bottom left corner at start-up says 693A-596B-977-624001C-QE

I downloaded Awdflash.exe from your site and BIOS version 6240V213.BIN but when I tried to Flash I got this error message "the program file's part number does not match with your system"

Please advise me if I am using the right BIOS file and if I am please suggest what I may be doing wrong..

Where did you find the bin file? I went to www.a-trend.com and it's a porn site.

I made the same mistake the site is www.atrend.com.tw it's very hard to navigate around in you may want to try to go right to thier FTP site ftp.atrend.com.tw

after a little searching I found several versions of your motherboard. There are different bios files depending on which version number you have. All bios versions for your motherboard can be found on this page.
