I am using Windows Messenger 4.7.3001, and just upgraded 3 days ago to SP2.
Now, instead of Windows Messenger starting when Windows does, it just sits
there untin I start it myself or run Outlook Express, which seems to need to
have it running. Any guesses?? Thank you!!

Greetings Blaine,

Actually it's starting, but it's probably just loading in the background.

Upgrading to Windows Messenger 5.1 should fix this for you:

I upgraded to Windows Messenger to 5.1.0860, but it still won't start when
Windows starts, although it worked fine before my upgrading to SP2 about 4
days ago. Any help appreciated!
