I am tired of the new motherboard trend out there where they all want to put integrated video and sound. I want basic and simple components.
USB 2.0 and Raid 0,1 controller is all the extras i require.
I absolutely do not want onboard sound. Yes i know you can disable it. I do not want it onboard.
Is this so much to ask? Mobo makers think that if someone wants onboard raid they are the same people who want onboard audio? What is with this?
It seems the only way out of this is to get a Kt333 Via Reference board. I have heard that they make some and i can get at least a plain board with usb 2.0.
