You willl likely get many different answers, cause there are many different answers. This would depend on the video adapter/driver/monitor/resolution/game design/refresh rate and a host of things that different people are using.
If a game supports a very high resolution and you have the equipment, that will likely be the one that is said to be best.
Personally, I think the graphics of two online games are rather outstanding. Dark Age of Camelot and Eve.
Wow is nice, but rather cartoonish compared to DAOC. I have heard that Guild Wars is nice as well, but have not tried that on my system. I am only running 1600x1200 on a LCD screen. A CRT still has a better picture, at least for a couple more years.
are the graphics better on world of warcraft or guild wars
also which is the best graphics rpg out at the mo
what difference does it make? now if you asked which game is better we could have a little flame war going lol. i like the graphics in both but as stated WoW is a little cartoonish, but Guild wars has that stupid glow effect on everything i hate that damn effect.....i dont glow in real life so why should my ingame characters glow!
From what I've read and seen, Everquest has the best graphics, while WoW has the best USE of what graphics it has. WoW is more "cartoony" but it is stylishly so, while EQ2 has quite detailed and shaded boring images, sort of. It's sort of like the difference between the original Doom and Doom 3.
I'm not sure where Guild Wars lands on this question...
