Ok, I couldn't wait for Catacombs to come out so that I could try the
Warlock - Install went great (4 disks OMG what are they thinking) and
created 2 new toons and leveled them to 5.
Decided to check out the new caverns in Jordheim and as soon as I
entered - Bam - like an arrow to the back of the neck.....
Video will not work in dungeons.
I have ATI Radeon 9200SE and have the latest drivers. I have DirectX9.
Mythic cannot figure out what is and isnt working.

Have you tried uninstalling Cats and reinstalling again?

I was contemplating doing that because I have had problems accessing my
optical drives since upgrading to SP2.
I guess I will do a fresh install of WinBlows (sux that even though
Mythic is rumored to use Linux for the servers that our wonderful game
is on, it is not ported to Linux) and install DAoC again (prolly nothing
else as does one really need anything other than food, bathroom and DAoC)
I keep in touch with this news group for other suggestions and will post
the results of my trial here on this site.

Hmm SP2 sound irratating, glad I haven't installed yet Can you not partition and put a vanilla second version of XP somewhere and
try that ?

Eventhough Mythic doesn't have a Linux port, DAoC and all currently
released expansions all run quite well in Linux via Cedega (formerly
WineX). Go to www.transgaming.com and check it out. IMHO, DAoC runs better
in Linux than it does in Windows (as does most software). And the
preformance isn't an issue because Cedega is a port of WINE and Wine Is
NOT an Emulator ;-)
