I have this scanner which works fine with HP scan software. However, it won't work with OmniPage Pro 10. Everytime, the Omnipage freezes when I click on the Start button to scan. I phoned the commany suppot line and they thought it probably caused by Macfee running at the backgroud, so I disable it, but didn't work. Now I use a new PC without Macfee installed, OmniPage Pro 10 still behaves the same. Anybody has any idea???

Use Paperport, its a good prog and has all the features of Omnipage pro, you can get a deluxe version that works with NT, Win2k as well
