Does IDE RAID hold back OCking

I remember at one time that SCSI cards were problematic when it came to overclocking the PCI bus by increasing the FSB.

Does this occur as well with on board IDE RAID Chips?

I believe the IDE controller is connected to the PCI bus. If you keep close to spec, you'll be fine.
