SOLTEK SL-75DRV5 PROBLEM HELP!!!!

I just built a new system consisting of a Soltek Purple ray, enermax 431 watt whisper, athlon XP 1900, 512 Meg PC2700 Samsung Ram, SB 5.1, etc.I started it up and it would turn on off on off on off and not stop. then i reseated Ram and video card.Now it will run without turning on and off but it wont post. What te hell is oging on??? HELPPPP. Sombody pleaseeeeee.

double check if u got all the wiring on your mobo rite

Sounds like you have an intermittent short in some hardware. Check your standoffs...make sure you havent placed any where they dont belong. Powersupplies are very VERY sensitive to polarity. But it`s that very sensitivity that may save your hardware. Goodluck
