Hey Stan,
I don't think Microsoft is doing much external testing for the Xbox right
now. That may change once the X360 comes out, but for now, you may want to
try Centercode. http://www.centercode.com

If you are serious about this then try and contact temp agencies. Ace, volt, manpower all have qa teams contracted out by software devs and publishers.

You can also contact the development houses themselves and try to get info on who they use.
