I can get a Gigabyte GA-7VRXP board in a week, but should I wait for the KT333a or KT400? I don't want to wait more than a month at most.

No, it's not worth waiting, their is no performance gain, the only real benefit is the integrated USB 2.0

What's the frequency, Kenneth?

Only real differance that I remember between the KT333 and KT333a is the "a" is suppost to have AGP 8x support. Unfortunately no card uses, or plans to use it anytime soon.

yep, the KTxxx/KTxxxA numbering scheme is out.
they dont want people to equate 'non-A' = crap.
the benefits of the supposed KT333A will be rolled into the KT400. (usb2.0 & 533mb vlink
