Witam,

Czy kto¶ u¿ywa takiego routera ADSL ?
Do mnie dotar³ z firmwarem 1.01.6.

Mam pytania do u¿ytkowników innych wersji firmware:

Jakiej wersji u¿ywacie ?
Czy jest aktywana opcja szyfrowania DES dla WAP ?
Czy jest zarz±dzanie przepustowo¶ci± portów (i ewentualnie QoS) ?

Na stronach linksysa international dla Polski nie ma mo¿liwo¶ci ¶ci±gniêcia
upgradeu, ale s± dla innych krajów (równie¿ z Annex A). Czy s± jakie¶
istotne ró¿nice dla konkretnych lokalizacji ? Któr± wersjê narodow± mo¿na
u¿ywaæ w Polsce ?

BTW najwy¿sza wersja to bodaj¿e 1.02.3

Trochê siê tego nazbiera³o, ale dopiero zaczynam przygodê z tym routerem.

Well, maybe not such a good idea. The WAG54 DSL/Wireless/router is
not being sold in the USA yet.

Thank you for your efforts

I've just accidentaly send this message to wrong group and I've noticed it
to late to cancel.
Sorry for that.

Actually my question was if it is possible to upgrade firmware in my router
(now 1.01.6) using another european Annex A version (i.e. 1.02.3).
Now I know (directly from Linksys) that it is possible but not recommended -
changes are not very meaningfull and after all my router is working well.
