Video problem

I have XP Pro and the latest MSN Messenger installed. The problem I have is
that I do not have my self picture showing up as a preview on my PC or on my
friends PC that I am transmitting to. I can see his picture just fine, but
he cannot see me. My voice transmits fine, no problems with that. I have
ran tools/audio/video tuning wizard and my picture shows up and everything
is OK.
When I go into tools/webcam settings my picture does not show up. I have
removed and reinstalled MSN Messenger and I still have the problem. I even
reinstalled a backup of my C drive from a month ago and I have the same
problem with it. Everything was fine a week ago. I could see my picture
fine, now I can't. I am at a loss now. I would appreciate your help on this
matter. Thanks a lot.
