KR7A-133 Suggestions/Comments

I decided to go with this Abit board. This is what I decided on so far.
Abit KR7A-133 MB(No Raid)
Crucial PC2100 DDR Unbuff 256MB
XP 1500+/266 CPU OEM
ATI Radeon 8500 LE 64MB
Tube of Artic Silver

I have a 3DCOOL full tower case with 8 fans and a new 300 Watt Antec PS model PP-303X

I need suggestions on a good stable sound card and a CPU fan that will fit this motherboard. Also if you see anything that might cause me problems on the hardware. Will that power supply be enough? I mostly play Quake3, Wolfenstein and Medal of Honor. I'm looking for more FPS then the 80 I'm getting now. Thanks

BTW, I do have a PCI Sound blaster Live card. Do I really need to upgrade the card? Thanks
