bf2 mic

i just bought a mic and i want to use it in bf2. however i pluged it in and joined a game and i dont think that it worked. is there any thing special i need to do to get the mic to work in bf2???

When you 1st installed the game did you install the voip portion
of the game? If so do a mic test. If it tests ok then it's working
fine. A lot of servers that claim to have voip on don't, so it could
be the server(s).
