Depressing Windows-Write Delay Failure help before it kills me.
How do i prevent this error.. my run tooo.. slow. and hang really bad..
what the cause of this error is it my HDD or MB or software?

You do not provide enough information to make any sensible suggestion. I find it even hard to suggest the appropriate forum for you to start with.
