I've read a lot of scripts on the web but none of them seems to show you how to actually start up the scripting. So, can anyone here do a n00b's Scripting Guide with emphasis on how to set it up?

BTW, i'd appreciated if somebody can tell be how to do a script that which to snipe rifle zoomed in when pressed, fire and switch to pistol when released.

TIA

is that kinda like binding an action to a certain key. can that not be done in console and if it can aint that kinda like cheating. i dont really agree to trying to get an advantage other than through playing better.

Have you ever looked into a Belkin Nostromo n52? I have one and its a MUST for me with FPS. Anyhow, you can record Macros that would do the same thing your talking about for ANY game you play..its really a cool piece of hardware..check it out. I can't imagine pc gaming without one anymore.
