My C&C renegde will not autorun!!

When i insert my C&C renegade cd rom it will not auto run and it doesnt show up on my cd rom drive.

also i dont have an setup.exe in my cd rom disk drive. :?

The disk does that to me as well. I suppose its damaged, even if it isnt visible. I will purchase the past decade instead
