Hi.
I have bought this motherboard with DDR333 Mhz memory but all programs that detects the speed of memory/fsb/cpu only detects 266 Mhz on my memory and fsb. Is this just a false alarm or is something wrong? I mean if I buy a motherboard and DDR memory which will manage DDR333 I want to use it!

There are no AMD CPU's with over 133(x2) front side buss so the fsb should be at 266 mhz (unless you are overclocking).

As for the memory you probably have manually set the memory frequency in you bios to 166mhz (x2 = 133). Or better yet experiment to find the maximum frequency at which your memory will run stable at CAS settings 2,2,2 1T. You will get more benifit from the lower latency than you would get from the higher frequency. Some PC2700 sold as CL2 has to be lowered to 145 mhz to achive 2,2,2 1T.

You need to adjust CPU/Memory Frequency Ratio from 1:1 to 4:5 (used for DDR333 RAM or PC2700).

 Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.
