New SIS chipset

I am getting ready to buy a new puter and frankly I am looking to make it as fast as possible. The main things I am looking for in it will be USB 2.0 and 8X AGP so I can take full advantage of my Geforce 4. The board that I am looking to buy is a Soyo board (P4S48 Dragon Ultra)

I heard about it on this article and have been wondering ever since when it is going to be released. Is it soon enough that I can wait or do I need to get something to hold me off until then. In other words....has anyone heard when this SIS chipset or this Soyo motherboard is going to be on sell. Thanks.......

I would hold off and wait for some reviews.

Only one concern there-it won't be overclockable at ALL using the memory at the good 1:1 clock ratio, because DDR400 won't be overclockable.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?
