I want to create Dynamic Display Pictures to offer them for download from my
website. I have studied their format and know more or less how to create them
myself. The problem is that I need to mark them with a digital signature that
I don't currently have and really don't know where to get it.

AFIK, there's no Resource Kit nor SDK for Windows Messenger V7.5.

Whom should I contact to get certified or what steps do I need to follow to
get this working?

Thank you in advance,
Santiago Vila

Greetings,

At this time, Microsoft is not providing signatures for third-parties besides Blue Mountain.

Not only Blue Mountain (American Greetings):

WisePost (Korea)
3H (Meegos.com)
SawYou (UK, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands)

I also have seen third party tools offering free DDPs. So there must be a way.

Do you know who to contact?

Good luck,
Santiago Vila
