I don't have the game, but I can tell you that you'll need to provide more info if people are going to be able to help you. i.e.: what kind of problem do you have loading saved games? Does it lock-up? Are there any error messages? etc, etc.
Also, have you tried going to the game's own boards? If it's a common problem someone may already have the answer.
P.S. copying games is norty.
