so far, i havent seen one complaint about the 415. i would go with the asus over the msi, as asus included cpu overheat protection (COP) gforce cards are supposed to install painlessly on these boards, which is another plus. if it helps, im am pricing them as we speak, and will be running the A7N266c with gf4, athlon xp 2100, and 1gig of ram.... so im not talking out the wrong end here... = )
enjoy,

I have the Asus A7N266-C. The first one I got was defective, but I got a replacement and damn this this is stable. Haven't had a single problem with this new one. Performanc eis great, too. One the SiS 735 motherboard that I replaced, I'd get 2500 3DMarks with a Tbird 1333 and GeForce 256 DDR. By just switching mobos the score went up to 3350. ANd, through overlclocking the CPU and video card, I've hit 3950 with stability. Pretty damn good. Thing's a great overclocker too. I was fortunate enough to get an unlocked TBird so I can change the multiplier at will. FSB has already gotten up to 156 and 9.5x for 1482 mHz on a 1333. Thing ran stable too. It will probably be able to go higher as well. A+ motherboard.
