Voice problems during audio and video conversation.

Hi all

When I have a voice and audio conversation with a friend of mine, the voices
are breakingup on both sides. I think the problem is on my side. I have an
internal microphone (and also use a external microphone) with internal
speakers.

Can any one please assist me to solve the problem. The image received on
both sides are perfect it is only the voice that is a problem.

Urgent assistance will be appreciated.
