Abit AT7 vs Asus A7V333 who wins?

I have given up on my IWILL XP333-R and Have decided to purchase on of these fine boards...lol. I like the fire wire thing on the ABIT. But I heard the Asus is more overclockable. What do you guys think? What are the advantages and weaknesses of each board? Lastly , which one handles memory better?

Who told you it's more overclockable? I've heard of the Abit hitting a 200MHz FSB, though the VGA was messed up (pre-release board, probably an incomplete BIOS being used).

I was informed that the Asus provides higher voltage capabilities. Another review said that there are so many built in features that it made the Abit more difficult to overclock. The Processor was locked by the way. Has anyone tried both?
