wow chat without typing?

I was just wondering if it would be possible to hook up a mike and word recognition software or something like that and have that type so my fingers are free to play?

If so, any recommendations as to what to buy?

get teamspeak or skype. For the headset; I got a logitech and am happy with it...

thanks man I got teamspeak and that'll be really cool once my sennheiser pc150's get here from newegg. I was just wondering if there was a way to chatr to the world at large through the established in game chat channels.
