clean porn dialer by registry

go start/run/regedit and search for the phone number the dialer is
attempting to dial or any other relevant string or key; a firewall would
tell you what program is attempting to connect. You can also try to check in
msconfig, what programs load or use a utility such as StartupCop to find out
what loads at start up.
