patching wow

I just got World of warcraft but when it atomatically updated it said the patch it was downloading was corrupt. i know this had something to do with my NV firewall but now i dont know how to redownload the patch without uninstalling the whole game and starting again. i dont really want to do this as it take ages. does anyone know how i can reinstall the patch without starting again.
the game apears to work ok but the is no yellow mark above quest givers and the game will just exit saying fatal error.

I would just reinstall. When it comes to these games that you're going to spend hours upon hours playing, you might as well put a good bit of time to make sure it works exactly as it's intended (something the developers should consider as well, but oh well).

scroll to the bottom, you can dl the latest patch from the bottom without registering on the site

after that patches run peachy
