counterstike source map question

i downloaded a couple of maps the other day but for some reason, de_inferno does work, but the bots dont, they just seem to stand around doing nothing.
i downloaded the map a couple of times and the same problem keeps happening, also with a couple of other maps as well.
i dont think the problem is from the map itself, so does anyone know a fix to this problem? do i need to type something in the menu that comes up when i press the button under the escape key?

thanks! i tried downloading a .nav as well as the original map, and pasted them in and the bots started moving, thanks!!
(why coudnt the download include both files anyway, i mean, who would want to play the map without bots?)
