Please help me configure my Gigabyte GA-7VTXE motherboard for top performance. I'm stuck with some of the options. The phrases in CAPS are the menus which the options are under. Thanks

Smart for Hard Disks - Enabled/Disabled
Interrupt Mode - APIC/PIC
Boot Up Num Lock - On/Off
Floppy Drive Seek - Enabled/Disabled
Bios Flash Protection - Auto/Enabled
I have a GA-7VTXH+, so I'm pretty familure with this setup.

SDRAM CAS Latency - 2 (If your RAM supports this)
SDRAM Command Rate - 1T Command/2T Command (DOn't know, use default)
AGP Comp Driving - Auto
AGP Fast Write - Enabled (Unless you have an older Video Card)
AGP Aperture Size - (I use half my RAM)
AGP Read Synchronisation - Enabled
PCI Delay Transaction - Default
INTEGRATED PERIPHERALS
Onboard FDC Auto

One more thing, what's the safest FSB I can set when overclocking, I heard from someone that more than 160FSB can damage the motherboard and other components.
It's on a trial by trial basis. Check around to see what other places online have gotten your setup to. Yours may be lower, all depending on your particular setup. I dunno about your board, but when you OC some boards, you also increase the PCI and AGP bus way beyond spec so some cards won't work anymore...
