I just got used SONY-pcvR545DS(VAIO)pc, I upgrated bios(flash bios), installed win2k, but it doesn't boot up , I need some help.

I'm sorry, but if it doesn't POST, you're a screwed d00d. If it does POST, please provide more information.

I mean after POST the OS doesn't bootup, when I install win2k pro, if intallation request reboot, the system cann't find installation file, reinstall OS again and and again, finaly cann't find Boot . during the POST, can not see hard drive(primaster). but when start install OS Harddrive showing up.

Better ask someone with more win2k installation experience, I do Win98 mostly. It could be a BIOS problem as well, maybe you should go into BIOS and try setting all your drives to autodetect.
