HELP!?!

How do I uninstall a program from my computer that does
not have it's own uninstall option and is not listed in
my control panel under add/remove programs? I'm in the
dark here. My daughter was playing with the mouse one day
and somehow the entire add/remove programs list went
completely blank.

Do a system restore back to the day before your trouble started.

Try to check your System online for a virus.
I seen that by infected Systems with the Nachi/Welchi Virus.
