Tempting! Abit AT7!

I'm tempted to get an ABit AT7! Canada Computers has it for $270 CDN. That sounds like a sweet deal to me! If I do get it, I'll probably put my Turtle Beach Santa Cruz and Linksys Network card in another computer. Has anyone tried this board yet? How is the onboard sound? How is the onboard Ethernet? How is the onboard firewire? How well does this board overclock? There are 4 RAID channels and two onboard, can I setup a RAID on two of the channels and then use the other four for separate IDE devices?
