Best Power Supply ??

Who makes the best power supplies ???
Looking for at least 400W. Powering XP-2000, A7V333, at least 2HD's, CDRW and DVD.

The best PS that I have used is a Enermax 430 watt dual fan PS, but I have a Raidmax Aluminum 500 watt PS(I am gambling on the Aluminum construction helping keep the overall system tempertures cooler) on backorder for my new system with my new OCSystem Aluminum case. I have also heard good things about the Antec PS's. Just my limited experience.
