Honestly, they have the easiest, most painless, and bar none the best direct purchase system I've ever seen.
I just bought a Toshiba e800 Pocket PC and was looking for some accessories. I checked the usual manufacturers (like Belkin), and they had the usual shipping deals where you'll pay $10 or so and get the item three weeks later. Not Toshiba.
Free, next day shipping on ALL orders. Everything. I bought a USB host cable for $20 and it arrived via Purolator the next bloody day. Dammit, you just can't beat that. At all.
My only disappointment was that the cable I ordered was the wrong one. Their website didn't explicity say which model it was for, so I called them up and ordered a new one, and it'll be here tomorrow too, I just have to ship the old unit back to them and I can send it regular post, probably around $3 or so, not too painless for my mistake.
So, if ever you're shopping, look up Toshiba. Good products, and they try their damnest to get the product to you.
*edit* Oh yeah. Time to navigate their IVR? 10 seconds, two prompts (one for english, one for RMA/one for new sales). Time on hold? Zero seconds. It doesn't get any more painless.
