Formula for determining wattage

Is there a formula for determining how many watts you need to get out of a PS to run your rig? I'm having difficulty finding any sort of power consumption stats on ANY of the components I look up online.

Once you have your total, divide by seven and multiply by ten for a good way to make sure the PSU is adequate, and will last a long time.
