System configuration

Hi, I am somewhat of a newbie...but I would like to build a new computer sometime in the near future.

I went through the sites, and did some research, and finally I came up with these pc components that I am thinking of using:

Soltek DRV 5 mobo
AMD Athlon XP 2000+ OEM processor (It would be nice to know what the difference btwn OEM and boxed is )

Thermalright AX7 Heatsink w/ copper base or volcano 7 w/ variable speed ctrl (could someone give me an opinion either way?)

and Samsung PC 2700 DDR 512 mb ram.

and otherwise, I will be putting in a GF4 Ti 4600 vid card.

If anyone has any suggestions or criticism, please send it my way

OEM is the processor only, with no manufacturer's warranty, usually just a 30-day from the dealer.

Retail comes in the box with a heatsink and case badge, along with a three year warranty (if you use the included heatsink).
