GMSoft Dialer

Whilst messing about , I found an icon in the Past Items section of the Toolbar &Start Menu Properties which somehow I don't think came with Windows. It's called "OrgyCam" and has a blue webcam icon. I'm assuming that one of my two teenage sons has been accessing porn on the net ,as teenage boys are inclined to do.
My question is, can I get rid of this icon before the wife sees it and goes ballistic!?
I also found an entry under Run in H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/WINDOWS/CURRENT VERSION with these details....Name..OrgyCam Type... REG_SZ Data...C:\Program Files\GMSoft\Dialers\OrgyCam\OrgyCam.exe/dontdial
I'm reluctant to delete this item without seeking proper advice simply on the basis that it looks nasty! Is deleting it the right thing to do and will deleting it remove the icon from Taskbar properties past items? I've got Panda Titanium, Ad-Aware, SpywareBlaster & McAfee Firewall installed ( I try to make sure!!). Any help would be very welcome.
