chkdsk can't read security descriptor stream??

I don't understand this at all when the computer starts up and checks for errors this come up.

Try booting to xp cd,recovery,press enter for password,at cmd screen type:
CHKDSK C: /R
When thru type:EXIT CHKDSK shouldnt,or neednt to run at every start-up,to disable,
go to run,type:cmd in cmd type:CHKDSK C: /d
/d for disables auto run
